LOL Im 6'1 245 pounds and solid... and yes the sqewer part is 9mm but the caps are designed to fit in a 20mm fork. the older marzocchi forks( 2000-2002) use them. I know I have on on one of my bikes. the springs are really big and they fit into the 20mm axle as do the end caps of the QR
